• Further sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales process and promoting the
technology to prospective customers.
• Design and prepare technical/non-technical presentations and drive the product and
offerings to potential customers.
• Work with the Business Development team in preparing customer proposals,
presentations, technical whitepapers, and technical objection handling, and ensure all
technical information are accurate and rightly defined.
• Work in tandem with the Business Development team and Account Managers to
educate customers on the superiority of the technology.
• Be the single point of contact to handle customer-related technical issues.
